Overview

The On-Prem Management Console allows administrators to export platform logs for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and support purposes.
The exported logs are downloaded as a ZIP archive containing the relevant platform logs.
Export Platform Logs 

Step 1: Access the On-Prem Management Console 

Open:

Step 2: Export Logs 

From the left navigation menu:
Click Download Logs to generate and download the log archive.

Share with Support (If Required) 

If requested by the SecOps Solution Support team, share the exported log archive for further analysis.

The log archive helps the support team investigate platform issues, upgrade failures, connectivity problems, and other operational concerns more efficiently.
