This guide describes how to generate and schedule reports for vulnerability scan results on the Platform.
Navigate to the Reports section in the main menu.
Select Vulnerability Management to view scan reporting options.
In the Device Targeting section, specify the servers, endpoints, or asset groups to include in the report.
Optionally, filter by Operating System or Asset Security Rating as required.
Under Report Configuration, select the required Report Type:
Detailed Asset Report: Includes data per asset, installed software/packages, CVEs, etc.
Overall Summary Report: Shows summary of vulnerabilities found across assets, optionally filtered by severity.
All Open Ports and Services Report: Lists ports and services found across scanned assets.
Choose Report Format (e.g., PDF).
Select Additional Details (as applicable), such as:
Installed software/packages.
CVE details.
Click the dropdown arrow alongside the Generate Report button to reveal scheduling options.
Select Schedule Report to configure automated report generation.
Enter the Policy Name (for scheduled or recurring reports).
Set the start date and time for the report to run.
Choose the repeat frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) for automatic report generation.
To create a report immediately, click the Generate Report button directly.
To set up regular report delivery, pick Schedule Report from the dropdown as described above, then save your schedule.
When a report is successfully generated, a notification will appear at the top right of the page in the navigation bar.
Click the notification (bell icon) to open the navigation popup.
In this popup, you will see a link for your generated report along with the filename and a password (if any).
Click Download Report to retrieve the report directly from the notification area.
