Introduction
The SecOps platform provides comprehensive reporting capabilities, enabling users to download reports for various modules and scenarios. Reports are available in Detailed and Summary formats, allowing users to customize their reports based on their specific needs.

Individual Scan Reports

1. Navigate to the Scanning Module
  • From the top navigation panel, go to Products and select the Infrastructure Scanning Module.
2. Download the Report
  • Locate the desired scan record and click the Action icon next to it.

  • Select Download, then choose the preferred report format: PDF, CSV, or JSON.

3. Retrieve the Report
  • Navigate to the Notifications section where the generated report will be listed.

  • Click Download to save the report to your local system.

Global Vulnerability Report
1. Navigate to the Scanning Module
  • From the top navigation panel, go to Products and select the Infrastructure Scanning Module.
2. Apply Filters
  • Use the available filters to refine the data. Filters can be applied based on specific assets, vulnerabilities, severity levels, or other criteria.

  • Customize the filters to retrieve the desired information.

3. Export the Report
  • Click on Export to generate the inventory report for the filtered assets.

  • Once the report is ready, it will appear in the Notifications section.

  • Click Download to save the report to your local system.

Generate Custom Reports
1. Navigate to the Reporting Section
  • From the top navigation panel, click on Reports to access the reporting module.

2. Select the Report Parameters

  • IP Address: Select the specific IPs of the assets.
  • Asset Groups: Choose an asset group to filter the results.
  • Asset Severity Rating (ASR): Filter assets based on their ASR.
  • Begin Date / End Date: Define the date range for the report.
  • Select the Report Type:
    1. Detailed Report: Comprehensive report including asset details, vulnerability details, and CVEs.

    2. Summary Report: High-level overview focusing on key metrics.

  • Optionally, include:
    1. Installed software/packages

    2. CVE Details

  • Send Email Option (Optional)
3. Generate the Report
  • Click on Export to generate the inventory report for the filtered assets.

  • Once the report is ready, it will appear in the Notifications section.

  • Click Download to save the report to your local system.
